Dish by Desouza’s philosophy on implementing change: Change can often be a difficult thing to tackle alone. Unless we are ready to create new and lasting habits, we will not. The process of implementing big lifestyle changes, like your day to day with food, truly comes from forming new habits and sometimes a new healthy relationship surrounding food.
Like learning a martial art, yoga, painting or an instrument: Healthy food and lifestyle changes take time, practice, and guidance + education from someone else. Let’s work together on lasting plans for lasting changes, perspective shifts, and work together to form nutrition focused meals/menus that taste delicious + supplementation. We can also work together on goals for living a more healthy life surrounding sleep, movement and stress management.
Ashley takes a “Small, Medium, Large” approach to change. We can attempt to make all these large changes all at once, but the unfortunate truth is that approach seldom works. Life in general is to be a practice, not to be perfected; Let’s work together on making lasting changes in your wellness.
